Fiona MacLeod
Colour, texture and composition are the key elements of Fiona’s landscapes. She uses vibrant colour and a strong, graphic composition in her paintings to project energy and life.
Fiona sees herself as a craftsperson; a graduate in ceramics from Glasgow School of Art, she is skilled in many crafts, having previously worked in fibre arts, printmaking, bookbinding, and sculpture. She sees painting as a craft where hand skills, materials and ideas come together.
Fiona exhibits in Scotland and the north of England, she is an artist member of the Glasgow Society of Women Artists.
