Red Hen Originals are the works of Julia Burns. In 2005 she made several simple prints and individually hand finished each of them to send out as a Christmas greeting cards to for her family and friends. With their encouragement she went on to extend the range of images and produce her original prints for sale in galleries.
Living and working in North Yorkshire she finds her inspiration in the wildlife of the countryside and continues to expand the range of birds and animals available year on year.
Images here act as a guide as each print is hand finished and unique. One, two or three birds or animals come as small prints and the images with many birds are much larger prints.
Hybrid sells the prints framed and unframed and can post unframed prints on request.
